Currently, we are seeking qualified applicants for the position of Center Operations Specialist. We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Center Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and management skills, a deep understanding of early childhood education, a commitment to providing high-quality care and service and monitors for center compliance with all federal, state, local, grantor and agency standards, policies and regulations. This position requires a dedicated individual who can build positive relationships with children, parents, and personnel. This position supervises and guides the work of center directors. Regular travel to Southwest and Northern Virginia is required. Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field and a minimum of 3 years relevant experience required.
