Job Title:FLT Counterbalance
Location:Swindon
Pay Rate:£13.00 – £14.00 per hour
Shift Pattern:5:00am – 14:00pm
Contract Type:Temp – Permanent
Start Date:ASAP

Please note:A valid D2 (EXTERNAL) Counter Licence is required for this position.

About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced and motivatedFLT Counterbalance Driverto join a leading goods distribution company inSwindonon apermanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of a growing team within a well-established organisation.

You will be working in a modern, fully equipped warehouse that includes excellent on-site facilities such as:

  • Canteen

  • Smoking area

  • Free car parking

  • Locker room

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate Counterbalance (D2) to load, unload, and move goods efficiently

  • Pick, pack, label, and store stock accurately

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment

  • Provide excellent service by ensuring orders are processed correctly and on time

  • Communicate effectively with team members and management

  • Follow all health, safety, and company procedures

Requirements

  • Valid D2Counterbalance Licence(essential)

  • Previous experience operating Reach Trucks in a warehouse setting

  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with paperwork

  • Basic computer skills (for data entry and stock processing)

  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
