The Assistant Technical Coordinator Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Technical Coordinator to join a growing, design-led residential developer based in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to further their technical career within a supportive and high-performing technical team.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Technical and Engineering Managers, assisting in the coordination of design information and ensuring smooth delivery from pre-construction through to completion. This role offers excellent scope for development and long-term progression within a company that prides itself on quality, attention to detail and delivering well-considered homes.
You\’ll play a key role in ensuring technical design information is accurate, commercially viable and aligned with project requirements at every stage.
