Duty Manager – McCarthy Stone, Bowes Lyon Court, Poundbury
McCarthy Stone is seeking a professional Duty Manager to join their team at the prestigious Bowes Lyon Court development in Poundbury.
Bowes Lyon Court features 62 one and two-bedroom apartments for residents over 70, situated in a prime location in Poundbury on Queen Mother Square.
This role offers a better alternative to traditional care!
Salary: £13.56/hour (day rate) and £11.44/hour (sleeping night rate) plus additional pay (details below)
Hours: 20 hours per week, including day and night shifts
Day shifts: 08:45 – 16:30 or 16:15 – 09:30
Night shifts: 21:30 – 09:00
Duty Managers sleep from 23:00 to 07:00, providing emergency support only during this period.
