What you’ll be doing

  • Partner with the Head of Product and General Manager to take briefs from sports clubs and translate them into standout kit designs.
  • Dive deep into club culture, locations, and fanbase history to create authentic, bespoke concepts.
  • Present your ideas with confidence to clients – taking feedback, refining designs, and securing product sign‑off.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Garment Technician and our supply base to bring your vision to life – from tech packs to product fittings.
  • Work across multiple brands, balancing on‑field performance wear with commercial collections for global retail.
  • Liaise directly with factories across the Far East, Europe, and the UK, keeping production timelines on track and quality standards high.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in the clothing industry across Product and Design.
  • Proven skill in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Excel.
  • Solid understanding of product construction, fit, materials, and production processes.
  • Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders and external partners.
  • A proactive, hands‑on approach – happy to turn your hand to every part of the design process.
