Corndel is seeking exceptional AI-experienced professionals to join our Professional Development Expert (PDE) Team to deliver world-class coaching and training for our groundbreaking Business Impact with AI – Level 4 programme.
This innovative programme, delivered in partnership with Imperial College London and supported by Microsoft, represents the first Level 4 apprenticeship to fully integrate generative and agentic AI technologies with business analysis and change leadership.
We are looking for people who have experience leading AI implementation projects and business transformation initiatives. You should have hands-on proficiency with AI productivity tools and platforms, prompt engineering capabilities, and practical experience in AI governance and ethics frameworks.
With your expertise in business analysis, you\’ll be able to navigate the complexities of AI-integrated process modelling, tackle the challenges of gathering requirements for such projects, and apply value stream mapping to automated and intelligent systems.
You should be able to link AI initiatives to wider organisational objectives, and help our learners understand how AI-driven change aligns with business strategy, transformation efforts, and operating models.
You will join a company breaking new ground in AI education, offering an intelligent, dynamic approach to developing the next generation of AI change leaders through a world-class programme of vocational learning.
Corndel delivers a range of programmes, including AI, Leadership and Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Data Professional, Data Analytics, DevOps, Software Development and Fundraising.
Role Responsibilities
- Coach learners through AI implementation challenges, providing practical guidance on AI tool selection, deployment strategies, and change management for AI adoption.
- Deliver AI-focused training sessions and workshops, demonstrating hands-on use of AI productivity tools and helping learners develop prompt engineering and AI workflow design capabilities.
- Support learners in developing AI business cases with measurable ROI expectations and help them track benefits and impact over time.
- Guide learners through AI governance and ethics considerations, ensuring responsible AI implementation practices and compliance management.
- Tailor theoretical AI content for individual learners through regular coaching sessions, adapting delivery to their AI maturity level and organisational context.
- Facilitate AI transformation within learners\’ workplaces, working with stakeholders to support practical AI implementation and address resistance to AI adoption.
- Ensure learners develop both generative AI proficiency and understanding of emerging technologies including agentic AI, preparing them to lead AI initiatives across diverse business contexts.
- Maintain expertise in the rapidly evolving AI landscape, staying current with the latest AI tools, methodologies, and business applications to provide cutting-edge guidance.
- Manage client relationships from an AI transformation perspective, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor on AI adoption strategies and implementation approaches.
- Evidence a commitment to the values of Corndel and an understanding of the transformational impact of education.

- Teaching a cohort of learners through their AI-enhanced business analysis programme.
- Ensuring that over 85% of learners achieve their qualifications on time.
- Meeting regular milestones for each learner to present a compliant portfolio of evidence.
- Supporting learners to complete their portfolios within the set timescales and to the highest standard possible.
- Timetabling and conducting 1 to 1 coaching sessions regularly tailored to each individual learner.
- Facilitating online and face-to-face workshops that engage, motivate, and educate the learners.
- Engaging with the learners\’ line managers on a quarterly basis to review progress.
- Adhering to all compliance requirements for the qualification.
- Collaborating with the Skills for Business team to engage learners through relevant Maths & English qualifications

Ideal Previous Experience
- Experience in AI implementation demonstrating measurable business outcomes.
- Hands-on proficiency with AI productivity tools and platforms, including advanced prompt engineering capabilities.
- Practical experience in AI governance, ethics frameworks, and responsible AI implementation.
- Business analysis expertise, including process modelling and workflows.
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts in business-friendly language across diverse organisational contexts.
