The Custodial Technician is responsible for completing all cleaning and sanitation tasks as assigned by the Building and Maintenance Technician.
Duties
- Clean and sanitize all office buildings, shop areas, employee break rooms, common areas, restrooms, kitchens, and conference centers.
- Responsible for emptying shared and individual garbage cans daily.
- Sweep, mop, scrub, wax, or vacuum floors and staircases.
- Scrub, sanitize, and restock restroom facilities.
- Dust furniture, walls, and equipment.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass doors with appropriate cleansers.
- Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Notify management regarding repairs or urgent property conditions.
- Other projects as assigned by management.
