Custodial Technician

The Custodial Technician is responsible for completing all cleaning and sanitation tasks as assigned by the Building and Maintenance Technician.

Duties

• Clean and sanitize all office buildings, shop areas, employee break rooms, common areas, restrooms, kitchens, and conference centers.
• Responsible for emptying shared and individual garbage cans daily.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, wax, or vacuum floors and staircases.
• Scrub, sanitize, and restock restroom facilities.
• Dust furniture, walls, and equipment.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass doors with appropriate cleansers.
• Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Notify management regarding repairs or urgent property conditions.
• Other projects as assigned by management.

• Work Schedule: Maintains a flexible work schedule to meet the demands of industry – hours may be long and irregular.

Skills & Abilities

• Education: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Experience: 1 – 3 years verifiable work experience, basic mechanical abilities to work in shop area and location as needed.
• Other Requirements: Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
