Retail Assistant – WHSmith (Moto Hospitality)
Location: Rugby Services, Junction 1 M6, Leicester Road, Churchover, Rugby CV23 0EZ
Hours: 14 hours per week
Pay: £12.40 per hour

What you’ll be doing as a Retail Assistant:
- Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
- Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
- Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer‑centric mindset
- Receiving deliveries and replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
- Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
- Maintaining supervision of our adult gaming areas
- Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
- Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
- Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
