Job Description The Timetabler will be accountable for devising the academic timetable for the Campus that optimises room utilisation, teaching schedule, and the student experience. Key Accountabilities Collaborate with all on-campus and central academic teams to ensure the timetable reflects their individual needs and priorities. Ensure that facilities information is current and enables effective allocation and utilisation. Undertake all aspects of resource planning (venues, rooms, and staff), resolving conflicts as they arise. Ensure all students have an individualised timetable in a timely manner. Record and monitor all timetabling information on the central platform (currently CELCAT). Problem-solve timetabling issues and adjustments including rescheduling of classes and deputisation of lecturers. In collaboration with the Building and Technical Team, manage and monitor the process of students booking resources and spaces. Job Description Coordinate the timetabling of exams and assessments.
