This is an exciting opportunity for customer focused, analytical individuals to join our Outcome Testing team!
The Customer Outcome Analyst role will ensure that customer facing teams and colleagues are delivering good outcomes in line with Starling\’s culture and values.
The role will help us to develop our processes in order to minimise risk and improve the customer journey.
The Shifts:
This role will operate on a shift pattern of 37.5 hours a week per week (5 x 7.5hr shifts), Monday – Friday, 9am-5.30pm.
Training for the role:
We have a 6 week training programme which is run from the office so you\’ll need to be able to commit to being in the office during the day for your first 6 weeks with us. The training gives you all of the skills and support you need to succeed at Starling! Following this, you will be expected to work from the office 10 days per month.

This will involve a written task as well as a video interview with our Outcome Testing team, where they will discuss the role, your skills and experience in more detail and answer any questions you may have about the role and what to expect!

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform holistic manual reviews of Starling customer journeys
- Determine whether the right outcome is achieved, with the investigation and analysis focused on individual circumstances
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey, including challenging policies and/or procedures if appropriate
- Provide clear and concise written analysis and feedback to colleagues
- Utilise outcome data to identify root cause and thematics
- Understand and communicate how products, services, and activity contributes to your findings
- Adapt to changing requirements which evolve as part of a ever-growing business
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues
- Work in conjunction with company policy and procedures
