The role

As an Account Executive in our Education Division, you\’ll play a key role in both new business development and account management. You\’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting prospects into long-term customers, while also nurturing existing relationships to drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities across the wider Access product portfolio.

This is a field-based sales role, ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and delivering value to customers.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Sell a portfolio of software solutions tailored to the education sector
  • Generate new business through outbound activity and marketing-generated leads
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention
  • Identify and execute upsell opportunities for additional licenses and services
  • Proactively uncover cross-sell opportunities across the broader Access product suite
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with timely and accurate forecasting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Prepare professional, accurate proposals aligned with pricing structures
  • Adapt to changing forecasts with innovative sales strategies

What You\’ll Bring

  • Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or the education sector
  • Experience in account management and customer growth strategies
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
