About The Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive to play a key part in Nuaware’s growth and scale. As we are building out our service offerings around Client, Solutions, Partners, Business Development as a function. The Sales Executive focuses on opportunity and pipeline management, as well as driving renewals, delivering quotes, etc. The role of this person will be to manage part of the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Increase the renewal rates of customer licences for our vendor partners whilst focusing on upsell and cross sell where there are opportunities to position new vendor products to customers
- Manage and deliver customer quotes for software licences on behalf of the vendors we represent such as Docker, Mirantis, Hashicorp, Sysdig, etc.
- Building a credible and accurate pipeline of revenue, renewals and opportunities via Salesforce
- Achieving quarterly and yearly targets consisting of KPI’s focused around, opportunity pipeline, revenue creation, upselling and cross selling
- Collaborating with our internal teams including Solution Sales and Partner Sales
Requirements:
- Proven successful experience within a sales operations or customer success capacity with a real desire to want to be a master of your craft
- Experience in understanding and respecting sales and company cadence
- Able to utilise tools such as Salesforce to be data driven
- Credible communication skills when communicating with internal stakeholders and stakeholders within our client base
- Strong experience with tooling such as Salesforce, Office 365, Slack, Monday.com, etc.
- Experience of working within an entrepreneurial company or tech start-up
- Knowledge or a genuine interest of our ecosystem is a bonus including things such as Enterprise Software, Continuous Integration & Delivery, Kubernetes and other Cloud Native Projects and Tooling
