Key Responsibilities
As a Major Account Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our membership relationships. From face-to-face connections to innovative problem-solving, your role will be all about putting our members first. You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, working closely with Logistics UK\’s diverse departments to ensure our members feel supported and valued.
- Grow Membership & Revenue: Drive new memberships, upsell, cross-sell, and secure renewals
- Manage Key Accounts: Retain and expand a portfolio of members, ensuring long-term relationships
- Identify Opportunities: Generate leads, support contract transitions, and enhance engagement
- Financial Oversight: Manage contracts, renewals, and resolve invoice queries efficiently
- Track Performance: Maintain CRM records, present performance updates, and support marketing initiatives
- Industry Representation: Attend events, share best practices, and uphold Logistics UK\’s reputation
Requirements
