Base pay range

Report Writer

Location: Hybrid (United Kingdom, with office presence in Teddington)

Salary: £37,160 per annum

Contract Type: Full-Time, Fixed-Term (12 months)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled Report Writer to support their UK & International Partnerships team in securing and maintaining vital funding from investors, trusts, churches, and corporate partners. The successful candidate will deliver clear, donor-focused content that communicates the impact of development work to a faith-based audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce compelling narrative and financial reports in Google Docs, tailored to a range of audiences.
  • Accurately interpret and present project data from international teams.
  • Ensure integrity and consistency in all reporting materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines and reporting requirements.

Candidate Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in writing donor-focused reports for diverse audiences, including high-net-worth individuals, foundations, and faith-based groups.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure.
  • Strong grasp of financial data within a reporting context.
  • Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, especially Google Docs.
  • Background in the non-profit, international development, or aid sectors is desirable.
  • Additional skills such as copywriting, video editing, or experience with AI writing tools are an advantage.

Working Model

This role follows a hybrid working model with an agreed split between office time in Teddington and remote work from within the UK.
