Social and Emotional Support Worker – Headington Our lovely school in Headington are looking for a Social and Emotional Support Worker to join them in fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment for their students. This fantastic school are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social and Emotional Support Worker to join their team starting ASAP. This is an important role where you will be responsible for facilitating and providing tailored emotional support to students, helping them navigate their feelings, build resilience and develop coping strategies. As an Emotional Support Worker, you will work closely with teachers, parents and external professionals to create a supportive and safe environment for our students. As an Emotional Support Worker your day will involve: Provide 1 to 1 and group support to children with social, emotional and mental health needs.
