Pediatric Physical Therapist

Windsor, CO | Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 4-day, 10-hour shifts

Join a team committed to helping children build strength, mobility, and confidence in an orthopedic outpatient setting. This full-time Pediatric Physical Therapist role offers the opportunity to provide hands-on, evidence-based care that supports children in reaching their full potential.

Key Duties:

  • Treat 1-2 patients per hour in a structured yet supportive environment.
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to improve mobility, coordination, and function.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to create the best outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, with WebPT EMR experience preferred.
  • Engage with the local pediatric healthcare community to support ongoing care initiatives.
  • Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in Colorado.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • New graduates are welcome, though two years of experience is preferred.
  • Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 per year (based on experience).
