We’re partnering with a respected and growing HR Consultancy to find an experienced HR Advisor who is confident, responsive, and client-focused. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who thrives on variety and values meaningful, advisory relationships with clients.

In this role, you’ll work with a portfolio of clients across various sectors, supporting them with a wide range of HR issues. From day-to-day queries to complex employee relations cases, policy development, and project work, you’ll be a trusted point of contact offering commercially sound and practical guidance.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative and professional team where flexibility, autonomy, and high standards are central to the way they work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR advice to clients on employee relations, performance management, absence, and compliance
  • Draft and update HR documentation including policies, contracts, and handbooks
  • Support HR audits, project work, and the delivery of tailored training where required
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Keep up to date with employment law and best practice to ensure accurate, compliant advice

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong HR generalist experience, ideally within a consultancy or multi-client setting
  • Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR practices
  • Professional, articulate, and commercially minded with excellent communication skills … and a sense of humour!
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple client relationships
  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards), or equivalent experience
