Starting in August, we are seeking a 360-Recruitment Relationship Manager for a 6-month fixed term contract to join our team in the UK. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle while building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments
- Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines efficiently
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Stay up-to-date with UK employment laws and industry trends
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and strategies
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and produce regular reports on key metrics
- Represent the company at job fairs and networking events to promote employer brand
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively with hiring managers and candidates
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in various sourcing techniques and channels
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build a talent pipeline
- Understanding of various industry sectors and job markets
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work independently
At AGS we operate a hybrid working policy – 3 days in office and 2 days working from home. Our UK AGS office locations are Bracknell, London and Birmingham with client site locations across the UK. If you’re lucky enough to be within a commutable distance of one of our AGS collaborative offices, this will be your allocated work home but you’ll still have the piece of mind to flex your working week accordingly. On occasion some of our job adverts will state an in-office/on-site need but rest assured you’ll be with a wonderful team to work, develop and grow.
