Role Summary
We’re seeking a proactive and commercially aware Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the leadership team and help run a smooth and professional office environment. You’ll be responsible for diary management, travel planning, inbox control, event coordination, marketing, and tech support.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Administration
- Provide end-to-end diary, inbox, and travel management for GEC members.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on actions.
- Coordinate documentation, reports, and presentations with a polished, professional finish.
- Manage correspondence, filter communications, and make decisions or take holding actions where appropriate.
Meetings & Events
- Organise internal and external meetings, events and video conferences.
- Support corporate events and social gatherings, from catering to room setup.
- Liaise across teams and manage event logistics with professionalism and discretion.
Special Projects & Business Support
- Assist on cross-functional business projects and support commercial initiatives.
- Coordinate stakeholders and contribute administrative structure to project delivery.
- Gather and manage statistical data and internal reporting to support business goals.
- Collaborate with other EAs and team assistants to share best practices and provide mutual support.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years’ experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced business environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills and proven success in diary, travel, and inbox management.
- Commercial acumen and comfort contributing to business projects and decisions.
- Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and a high level of digital fluency.
- Experience in facilities or office management is highly desirable.
- A calm, can-do attitude and the ability to juggle competing priorities with grace and discretion.
