Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Guest Services Host to join our team in the Birmingham offices of a client in the financial services industry.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all queries. They will work closely with the firm’s staff and other service partners to provide the best possible customer service.

The Guest Services Host will convey a friendly, welcoming attitude, ensuring no request is too big and no detail too small, while remaining security conscious. They will know when to be discreet and when to go the extra mile to anticipate guests’ needs.

Hours: 40 hours per week, between 8am–5pm, Mon-Fri
Salary: £26,200
