MISSION

As a Counter Manager, you will embody this vision, leading your team with confidence, passion for artistry, and excellent customer service. You will manage business operations, coach your team, and foster brand loyalty both in-store and externally.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
You will motivate and develop your team, enhance customer engagement, and maximize sales opportunities. Your leadership will foster strong connections with customers through brand storytelling and high-performance products. You will be responsible for driving your business, building external partnerships, and maintaining brand loyalty. You will collaborate with your Area Manager, Education, and HR to develop business plans and achieve KPIs. Your role is to positively impact clients\’ self-perception through your actions and communication.
