Responsibilities include:
- Liaising with Blue Chip Clientele, Overseas Agents, Airlines & 3rd party Logistics suppliers.
- Preparing shipping documentation such as HAWB, MAWB, DG Notes, and Letters of Credit.
- Submitting export entries and licenses.
- Handling special airfreight export requirements, project cargo, and hazardous shipments.
- Keeping clients updated on shipment statuses.
- Resolving queries and providing excellent customer service.
- Performing standard airfreight administration and job costing.
Additional information:
Basic salary: £28,000-£32,000. A rewarding package will be revealed at the interview stage.
Key qualifications:
- Two or more years of experience in the Airfreight Forwarding Industry.
- Experience with HMRC procedures.
- Knowledge of Cargowise system is a plus.
