Position Overview
This opportunity will see you delivering smooth, customer-focused residential property transactions. By working alongside a variety of new build developers and shared ownership housing partners, you\’ll blend expertise with innovative technology to deliver a faster, clearer and more streamlined experience for every client.
Responsibilities
- Manage designated files and conveyancing work from instruction to completion
- Read legal packs, compile site notes and raise queries
- Prepare Contract, Mortgage and Search reports
- Conduct Anti-Money Laundering checks and electronic ID verification
- Handle client enquiries and demonstrate knowledge of relevant transactions
- Establish and maintain relations with introducers
Requirements
- Previous experience in new build and shared ownership conveyancing
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Strong organisation, focus and attention to detail
- Proficiency in managing high email volume and prioritising work
- Positive, professional and friendly persona
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain organisational systems
