Senior Receptionist β Primary Care (Mat Cover Fixed Term Contract)
Contract Type: Fixed Term (1 Year)
Location: London β New Broad Street (near Liverpool Street Station)
Salary: Β£29037 β Β£32,250 (DOE) + Benefits, including Private Medical Insurance.
Hours: 40 per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30am β 4:30pm, 8:00am β 5:00pm, 8:30am- 5:30pm, 9:15 β 6:30pm. (No weekends)

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join our team at a Primary Care Head office in Liverpool St. This is a prestigious front-of-house role where you\βll be the first point of contact for employees and visitors β providing a warm, professional, and efficient service that reflects both HCA\βs and our client\βs standards of excellence.
You\βll play an important role in creating a welcoming environment and delivering a smooth, high-quality experience for every patient and visitor.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and discretion.
- Manage front-of-house operations, including telephone and email enquiries.
- Issue and explain client paperwork, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Support a seamless journey by communicating clearly and anticipating needs.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, safety, and confidentiality at all times.
- Work independently and confidently in a professional, fast-paced setting.
About You
- Previous Receptionist or Front of House experience (2+ years) essential.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both face-to-face and via phone/email.
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
- Confident working autonomously in a professional corporate environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
- Healthcare or corporate front-of-house experience is desirable but not essential.
