Please be aware that this role is presently a fixed term contract until the end of March 2026. We are looking for an Employment Advisor to join Newground Together in the Employment and Skill Lancashire team, in this exciting new opportunity. As an Employment Advisor you will be supporting people that have been out of work for over 12 months, addressing barriers they currently have, preventing them from accessing or securing paid employment. Whether that be training and development, or personal barriers linked to their current circumstances. Newground Together is an independent charity supporting people in their local community. It is part of the Together Housing Group. It\’s aim is to empower people to create sustainable communities that are connected, resilient, healthy and prosperous.
