- Leading the engineering roadmap for a mission-critical SaaS platform in the education and events sector
- Partnering with Product to define and deliver scalable, secure, high-performing features aligned to global strategy
- Driving modern DevOps and CI/CD practices for reliable, test-driven delivery
- Developing and growing an inclusive, collaborative engineering culture grounded in accountability and innovation
- Mentoring tech leads and developers while scaling the platform for North American growth
- Representing the engineering function in stakeholder discussions including clients and partners
- Promoting security, platform resilience, and industry-standard compliance at every layer
SKILLS:You’re a strategic engineering leader with hands-on technical know-how and a track record of building SaaS platforms at scale in a product focused environment. You’ll be confident balancing product priorities with technical integrity and enjoy leading high-trust, agile teams.Essential experience:
- Senior leadership in engineering, ideally in SaaS or EdTech environment
- Deep technical understanding of modern stacks: .NET (4.8+), C#, WCF, WPF, LINQ, ASP.NET MVC, SQL/ORM
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, and Angular
- Strong background in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and serverless architecture
- Passion for Agile delivery, DevOps, CI/CD, and high-quality release processes
- Confident communicator, able to align teams and influence at executive level
