I\’m looking for a Senior Residential Support Worker to help lead a dedicated care team within a warm and welcoming,4-bedded Children\’s Residential home supporting young people aged 817. This is an excellent opportunity to build leadership experience andprogress to Deputy Managerin the future.
Whats on Offer:
??Salary £31,000+ per year (based on 40 hours per week)
??£50 per sleep-in shift

As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will:
- Lead by example and support a team of care staff
- Build strong, positive relationships with young people
- Promote independence and support daily living and life skills
- Organise and attend social activities and appointments
- Support the Deputy Manager with office-based tasks and leadership duties
- Ensure high-quality, person-centred care is consistently delivered
What Youll Need:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a Residential Childcare setting
- Level 3 or 4 qualification in Residential Childcare / Children and Young People
- UK Driver and Vehicle.
- A strong sense of responsibility and passion for creating positive experiences for young people
- A desire to grow within a supportive and ambitious team!
