I\’m looking for a Senior Residential Support Worker to help lead a dedicated care team within a warm and welcoming,4-bedded Children\’s Residential home supporting young people aged 817. This is an excellent opportunity to build leadership experience andprogress to Deputy Managerin the future.

Whats on Offer:

??Salary £31,000+ per year (based on 40 hours per week)

??£50 per sleep-in shift

??2 on, 3 off shift pattern (7:30am 9:30pm)

As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will:

  • Lead by example and support a team of care staff
  • Build strong, positive relationships with young people
  • Promote independence and support daily living and life skills
  • Organise and attend social activities and appointments
  • Support the Deputy Manager with office-based tasks and leadership duties
  • Ensure high-quality, person-centred care is consistently delivered

What Youll Need:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a Residential Childcare setting
  • Level 3 or 4 qualification in Residential Childcare / Children and Young People
  • UK Driver and Vehicle.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and passion for creating positive experiences for young people
  • A desire to grow within a supportive and ambitious team!
