Our client, a RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice, is seeking a talented Project Architect to join their expanding team in Berkshire. Specialising in high-end residential projects, the practice delivers bespoke designs ranging from contemporary new builds to traditional homes tailored for modern living. The ideal Project Architect will have a strong design flair, experience across all RIBA stages, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion. A passion for high-end residential design is essential, along with excellent client-facing skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. Vectorworks experience is preferred, though training can be provided. Project Architect Job Overview • Engage with clients and consultants to define project briefs and requirements. • Manage projects across all RIBA stages, from initial brief through to completion on site. • Produce high-quality design and technical drawings for planning applications and tender packages. • Conduct site visits, attend meetings, and resolve queries during construction. • Demonstrate strong technical knowledge and produce detailed construction drawings. • Oversee contract administration and ensure smooth project delivery. • Build and maintain excellent client relationships.
