Are you an experienced CQC Registered Manager or Operations Manager looking for a new challenge? Our client, a leading provider of domiciliary care and support in the home is seeking to add an experienced Registered Manager to lead their Rochdale office. Key responsibilities: * Undertake all duties of the CQC Registered Manager\’s role under the CQC regulations * Line management and supervision of staff team including nursing team * Responsible for accidents, incidents, and complaints management within the service * Lead on recruitment and retention of care staff to deliver outstanding service * Establish and maintain robust operational procedures in the office to ensure high-quality service delivery * Budget delivery * Overall responsibility for the safe service delivery in line with CQC regulations and company policies and procedures * Oversee all new service user mobilisations * Participating in meetings and forums to assess service provision Required experience: * Previous held a CQC Registration or strong CQC knowledge and willing to take on the registration * Previous experience leading a domiciliary care service. * Operational leadership experience within the care sector * Valid UK driving License and own vehicle Package and Benefits: * Salary of up to £40k DOE * 25 Days Annual Leave, plus Bank Holidays plus an extra day off on your birthday * Substantial Bonus Scheme (Quarterly) * Refer a friend scheme * Workplace pension
