Night Carer Permanent Location: Wymondham Days and hours of work: Night Shift Start Date: ASAP Salary/ Hourly rate:DOE We are recruiting for a couple of dedicated and committed Night Carer and Senior Night Carer for one of our clients speciialising in Dimentia on a permenant basis Duties include but not limited to: • Assisting residents with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing and grooming. • Communicating effectively with residents, their families and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. • Supervising junior staff members, providing guidance and support as required. • Maintaining accurate records of residents progress and any change to their condition • Drive residents to appointments and outings as required • Fostering a warm welcoming atmosphere within the home • Participating in training and career development in senior care Requirements: • Previous experience in senior care or a similar care setting is essential • Strong understanding of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken with residents, colleagues and families • A valid UK drivers licence is essential due to the location of the role • Leadership qualities and experience supervising and mentoring staff Benefits: • company pension scheme • overtime available Please contact our Healthcare Recruitment specialists
