Onsite Account Manager Location: Redditch   Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 dependant on experience plus commission   Hours: 05:30–15:30 with 1 hour lunch – but flexibility is key! Workforce is growing – fast – and we’re looking for an Onsite Account Manager to be the heartbeat of our client relationships, travelling between sites and making sure both clients and candidates get a gold-standard service.   If you\’re flexible, proactive, and ready to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in – we want to hear from you. What You\’ll Be Doing: Be the go-to contact for your clients – planning your day around their needs and jumping into action as priorities shift. Kickstart each day in our team huddle – sharing client updates and planning the day ahead. Attend regular review meetings with clients to identify improvements and maximise opportunities. Write eye-catching job adverts and use creative tools to attract top talent. Lead from the front – managing large volumes of temporary workers, running inductions, and ensuring performance standards stay high. Own the recruitment process end-to-end – from sourcing and screening to placements and check-ins. Maintain a strong onsite presence to monitor attendance, support retention, and keep teams motivated. Handle queries and objections with confidence and professionalism. Keep accurate records and ensure everything is compliant with recruitment regulations. What You’ll Bring: Experience in a similar onsite or fast-paced recruitment role. A positive attitude and strong sense of accountability. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you’ll be dealing with people at all levels. Super organised, a quick learner, and cool under pressure. Confident with Microsoft Office and recruitment tech tools. Full UK driving licence – you’ll need it to travel between site and the office A great sense of humour and a willingness to adapt – because no two days are the same!
