Job Description

The Role:\\n\\nWe are seeking a confident, experienced, and highly organised Service Advisor to join a reputable dealership based in Plymouth. This is a rare opportunity to step into a sole Service Advisor position within a quieter, newly established aftersales department representing an exciting and growing brand.\\n\\nThis role is perfect for someone who enjoys autonomy, takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, and wants the chance to truly make the position their own. With a supportive management team and flexibility built into the working structure, this is an ideal next step for an ambitious Service Advisor looking for progression, ownership, and stability.\\n\\nResponsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:\\n\\nAct as the primary point of contact for all service customers, managing the full customer journey from booking to vehicle handover.\\n\\nProduce accurate job cards, update customers proactively, and ensure all work is authorised correctly.\\n\\nLiaise closely with workshop technicians to ensure smooth daily operations.\\n\\nRaise invoices and handle customer payments efficiently and professionally.\\n\\nDeliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high levels of organisation and attention to detail.\\n\\nWork independently in a smaller aftersales environment, demonstrating confidence and strong decision-making skills.\\n\\nPrior experience as a motor trade Service Advisor is essential.\\n\\nPackage:\\n\\nBasic Salary: £30,500.
