Senior Site Manager (Internals) – Super Prime Residential & Commercial Ridgeway & Co are proud to be working in partnership with a respected main contractor delivering a high-profile mixed-use scheme comprising luxury apartments and premium commercial office space in North London. We’re looking to speak with an experienced Senior Site Manager who specialises in internals packages and has a proven track record delivering super prime residential and commercial office schemes to the highest standard. The Role As Senior Site Manager (Internals) you’ll take ownership of the internal works package on this complex mixed-use project, ensuring all apartments and office fit-outs meet exacting quality standards. You’ll manage subcontractors, coordinate trades, ensure programme milestones are met and maintain excellent health & safety on site. Key Responsibilities * Oversee all internal fit-out works for luxury residential apartments and high-end commercial office areas. * Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades and direct labour. * Ensure all works are delivered to the highest finish, on time and within budget. * Conduct quality inspections and manage snagging to handover. * Maintain robust health & safety standards and site compliance. * Liaise with project managers, clients and consultants to ensure clear communication on site progress. * Produce short-term programmes and coordinate daily/weekly works plans. Requirements * Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager delivering super prime residential and high-end commercial schemes. * Specialist knowledge of internals packages including drylining, MEP coordination, joinery and finishing trades. * Excellent organisational and communication skills. * Ability to drive quality and programme on complex multi-unit schemes. * SMSTS, CSCS Black/Gold Card, First Aid. * Immediate availability or short notice preferred.
