Employee Benefits Consultant Location: Fully Remote Salary: £28,000–£35,000 + Bonuses & Benefits A great opportunity for an experienced Employee Benefits professional to join a supportive, fully remote team. You’ll manage a portfolio of micro and small SME clients, focusing on group risk policies such as Group Life, Income Protection, and Critical Illness. The role involves renewals, policy admin, client retention, and upselling. You’ll also support new business through referrals and cross-selling, while building strong client and insurer relationships. Ideal for someone with 3+ years’ broking or advisory experience and confident phone communication skills. Ongoing training and development offered in an inclusive, growth-focused environment.
