Onsite Recruitment Coordinator / Recruitment Account Coordinator– Rugby Salary: £25,000 – £26,000 (DOE) | OTE: £28,000 Location: Rugby (On-site) Hours: Monday to Friday, (Apply online only) Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Driving Licence & Own Transport Required An Exciting Opportunity to Join a Growing Team Due to rapid growth and continued success, we are looking for a dedicated Onsite Recruitment Coordinator /Recruitment Account Coordinator to join our high-performing team in Rugby. Reporting to the Account Manager, this role plays a key part in supporting recruitment operations and managing the onsite workforce. Key Responsibilities * Check-in and support staff at the start of each shift * Attend team briefs and client planning meetings * Update and maintain CRM records * Register, vet, and induct new candidates * Create worker profiles in the time & attendance system * Manage and update staffing rotas * Book and coordinate temporary staffing needs * Provide holiday and weekend out-of-hours mobile support as required What We’re Looking For * Previous onsite recruitment experience (ideal but not essential) * Highly flexible with a \”hit the ground running\” attitude * Excellent time management and organisation skills * Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills * Able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team * Quick learner and proactive approach What We Offer * Basic salary: £25,000 – £26,000 (DOE) * OTE: Up to £28,000 * 25 days holiday + bank holidays * Private Medical Insurance (after 6 months) * Life Assurance (4x salary) * Employee Discount Scheme & Benefits including: * Cycle to Work & Technology Purchase Schemes * Employee Assistance Line (24/7/365) with psychiatry support if needed * Video GP and Dental Health Plan * Casual dress, free parking, subsidised food & travel * Company events and a great team environment If you’re organised, motivated, and ready for the next step in your recruitment career — we’d love to hear from you
