Your responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and assess residents\’ health status, noting any changes and reporting to the healthcare team.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, their families, and the healthcare team.
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and eating, as needed.
