Our Bakers play an essential role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across our Restaurants—delivering tasty treats, ensuring food hygiene, and maintaining high operational standards.

Responsibilities

  1. Preparing a range of bakery items to a high quality, including bakery to go for the food hall.
  2. Ensuring operations are compliant with statutory requirements such as health & safety and food hygiene.
  3. Working alongside the restaurant team to ensure customers are presented with their items to a high standard.
  4. Developing knowledge of dietary requirements, allergens, and health & safety.
