As Family Manager, you\’ll notonly be responsible for keeping the children happy but you are also responsiblefor engaging them and their parents into an active and healthy lifestyle. You\’ll run the core clubprogramme for our children and holiday active programmes. You\’ll also runchildren\’s parties and events, according to our carefully developed ProductBriefs, Lesson Plans and Templates that include Club Play, Club Active andHoliday Active. Your total commitment to Healthand Safety compliance will be matched by a desire to improve member engagement. You\’ll recruit team members anddevelop them through structured one-to-one meetings and formal developmentreviews. You will also have responsibility for rotas and managing revenue andcosts for this area of the club.
