As Family Manager, you\’ll not only be responsible for keeping the children happy, but also for engaging them and their parents in an active and healthy lifestyle.
You\’ll run the core club programme for our children and holiday active programmes. You\’ll also organize children\’s parties and events, following our carefully developed Product Briefs, Lesson Plans, and Templates, including Club Play, Club Active, and Holiday Active.
Your total commitment to Health and Safety compliance will be matched by a desire to improve member engagement.
You\’ll recruit team members and develop them through structured one-to-one meetings and formal development reviews. Additionally, you will be responsible for rotas and managing revenue and costs for this area of the club.
