Job Description
Ensure a smooth running of the shift from organizing team members to setting up the counters and re-stocking fridges
The ability to merchandise hot and cold counters ensuring food is looking fresh and appetizing throughout service periods
To have a good understanding of food safety and allergen management.
To be organised and be a great communicator
Qualifications
The ability to work on own initiative, self stater and to be a good team player.
Great communication skills a must.
