UKR Group is looking for 15x experienced General Labourers to start ASAP in a job in Reading, Berkshire .
Responsibilities:
- Assisting skilled tradespeople with construction, maintenance, or repair tasks.
- Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment on site.
- Preparing work areas by cleaning and removing debris.
- Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete or asphalt.
- Operating basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Erecting and dismantling temporary structures such as scaffolding and barriers.
- Following health and safety regulations and company procedures at all times.
- Performing general site clean-up and maintenance.
- Transporting materials between locations as directed by supervisors.
- Assisting with deliveries and stock control.
Skills:
- Physical fitness and stamina.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of construction and site safety practices.
- Good hand–eye coordination.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Flexibility and willingness to undertake a variety of tasks.
