Le Poste
Le support technique est la principale personne en support technique pour les équipes de service qui interviennent sur les sites Clients. Il est responsable de fournir des solutions aux problèmes techniques transmis par les régions.
Veille à ce que les demandes soient documentées et traitées dans les délais convenus.
Missions
- Effectuer régulièrement des déplacement avec une fréquence de 2 à 3 semaines par mois.
- Avoir une bonne connaissance des procédés PID ainsi que des éléments tels que les pompes, vannes et détecteurs.
- Assister les clients et les équipes sur le terrain dans le diagnostic de pannes.
- Répondre aux demandes transmises par les équipes de service sur le terrain en documentant les réponses le cas échéant dans le logiciel de suivi de demande.
- Participer aux réunions entre le client et le service sur le terrain en tant qu\’expert technique selon les besoins.
- Faire remonter les appels non résolus au spécialiste du support produit responsable (3e niveau) si nécessaire.
- Organiser des appels réguliers avec les équipes de service sur le terrain de la région et les services PSS responsables pour discuter des problèmes en suspens liés aux produits
- Fournir une formation (en usine ou sur site) et un soutien sur site au besoin
- Fournir une contribution technique à d\’autres services internes
- Intervenir sur les sites client lors de service de SAT, IQ/OQ ou maintenance.
- Déplacements de l\’ordre de 40%.

- Bac +2 /+5 procédés & instrumentation avec expérience de service,
- Maitrise anglais parlé et écrit (+ 80% des formations et documentations en anglais)
