Reporting Structure: Reporting to the Director of Wellness, the Assistant Director of Wellness will work alongside to lead a clinical team in providing care support and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Wellness to maintain standards of practice, complete resident assessments, develop service plans, and coordinate care conferences.
- Manage staffing levels based on occupancy and resident acuity.
- Oversee the Continence Care Program, including assessments and service transitions.
- Supervise medication administration, conduct audits, and train staff.
- Provide coverage for DOW absences.
- Manage onboarding and training for the Wellness team.
- Build relationships with hospital staff and participate in outreach activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership skills with results-oriented performance improvement.
- Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with at least three years’ experience in geriatrics, rehabilitation, or senior health.
- Good judgment, risk awareness, and ability to foster a positive environment.
- Strong technology skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
