Instrument Technician required on Kuora Global Runcorn Responsibilities Follow plant policies and repair procedures Calibrate, troubleshoot, repair and replace process instruments as a part of the plant\’s maintenance program Maintain process instruments including valves, vibration monitors and other instruments Perform required environmental compliance testing and documentation Reduce cost of repairing equipment while maintaining or increasing the quality of repairs Work closely with plant operations to evaluate both routine and emergency instrument work Wear proper safety equipment in appropriate areas Be able to move in and around process equipment and confined spaces Competencies Check, examine and record on Customer Databases (IT Averse) Comprehend technical drawings and other visual instructions Coordinate with multiple departments Inspect equipment Install and dismantle equipment Maintain equipment Experience Maintenance experience in the oil
