Our client is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Paint Sprayer to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional Paint Technician who is confident working with water-based paints and has extensive hands-on experience within a car painting environment.
Key Responsibilities for a Panel Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician:
Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking and priming surfaces
Accurately mix paints to match manufacturer colours and apply using spray guns
Deliver a smooth, high-quality finish free from runs, sags or imperfections
Carry out touch-ups and final finishing work where required
Maintain and clean all spray equipment, ensuring a safe and tidy working environment
Comply with all health, safety and environmental regulations
Inspect completed work to ensure it meets industry standards and customer expectations
Work collaboratively with the wider team to maintain an efficient workflow and high-quality results
Experience & Requirements of a Panel Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician:
Proven experience producing xiskglj high-quality paintwork from start to finish
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience using water-based paint systems
A stable employment history as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician
City & Guilds qualification or equivalent ATA accreditation
Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and a commitment to working to a high standard
