About The Role
Join our dynamic Warehouse Team at IPL Sittingbourne. We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Key Operative to become a vital part of our produce facility in Sittingbourne. If you are passionate about production and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you.
Position Details:
- Schedule: 4 on 4 off (Nights) – 7pm to 7am
- Location: IPL Sittingbourne – Site Based Role
- Contract Type: Permanent
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and prompt picking, packing and dispatch of depot warehouse goods, performing tasks safely, accurately and efficiently.
- Take responsibility for receipt and checking of incoming stock, ensuring all labels and temperature disciplines are complied with and products are correctly located.
- Ensure all relevant paperwork (Goods In/Goods Out/Picking) is completed in full and that waste is disposed of safely and in line with company processes, segregating waste as necessary.
- Undertake MHE truck duties as required, ensuring correct operation, daily safety checks and adherence to company warehouse guidelines.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in a fast‑paced warehouse, manufacturing, pack house or produce environment.
- Forklift Truck Licence, good understanding of warehousing/store processes and procedures, and possession of manual handling training.
- Ability to work under pressure, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
