Kitchen Team Leader – Faversham Premier Inn
Join our team at Premier Inn in Faversham as a Kitchen Team Leader and advance your Chef career.
In this role, you\’ll manage the kitchen daily—handling rotas, ordering food, leading during busy services, and maintaining audit standards. Working closely with your Hotel Manager, you\’ll take full ownership of the kitchen, from food quality to hygiene. It’s a hands-on leadership role ideal for those looking to develop into a Head Chef.
