EP Group – ECommerce Executive EP Group is an award winning, global packaging manufacturer with production facilities across Europe and South East Asia. Our global headquarters in Birmingham is home to our dedicated paper manufacturing division providing a wide range of food packaging products for the likes of McDonalds, Amazon, Marks & Spencer and Greggs. We have also developed a strong presence on Amazon and eBay, selling a wide range of packaging, catering and hygiene products. ECommerce Executive We are now seeking an eCommerce Executive to be based on site here in Birmingham. The role will manage our online presence through website development, SEO and digital marketing, to drive revenue and growth across different eCommerce platforms. Role & Responsibilities – Ecommerce Executive Work alongside the eCommerce Account Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, to drive online sales and increase brand awareness. Build and continuously develop and update the website and other eCommerce sites. Formulate a comprehensive strategy to drive revenue growth across different eCommerce platforms including Amazon, eBay and our website. Use SEO, adwords and other optimisation tools to drive sales growth. Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, or paid advertising and promotions directly on other marketplaces. Analyse and report on the performance of paid campaigns, including ROI and key metrics to meet business goals, using tools like Google Analytics. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to maximize the effectiveness of campaigns. Identify new eCommerce platforms that could add additional revenue opportunities. Create and implement a plan of promotional activities across all marketplaces, which also includes the website. Realize and consider all marketplace marketing opportunities, to allow maximum sales and profit margin for each and every sales channel. Work towards given KPIs to achieve organic traffic and sales growth, ensuring healthy profit remains. Key Requirements – Ecommerce Executive Degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Google PPC Certified, or a related field. Proven experience in Digital Marketing, PPC Executive or similar role working in eCommerce. Experience of managing the digital marketing and content creation across Amazon, eBay and other eCommerce platforms. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing. Experience of website development and optimisation including knowledge of Wordpress. Proven experience in creating Amazon SEO-optimised content, and implementing high-returning advertising strategies. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
