Nestled on the edge of the world-famous Old Course and overlooking the golden curve of West Sands Beach, Seaton House offers guests an intimate, five-star escape steeped in Scottish charm. Our food and drink experience plays a central role in this – showcasing local produce, impeccable service, and a modern twist on classic hospitality.

We\’re now looking for a Restaurant General Manager to lead our small, professional team across all dining spaces – from the refined elegance of the Ondine Oyster & Grill, to relaxed afternoons in Bow Butts Bar and light bites in The Board Room.

What\’s the role?

You\’ll be the driving force behind everything food and drink at Seaton House – leading day-to-day operations, inspiring your team to deliver warm, polished service, and ensuring our guest experience is nothing short of exceptional.

You\’ll oversee:

  • All F&B outlets (restaurant, bar, in-room dining, private dining)

  • Menu coordination and supplier relationships (with our Head Chef)

  • Guest feedback and experience design

  • Budgeting, stock control and compliance

  • Coaching and mentoring of your team
