Welcome to Sir Devonshire Square – a bold, beautiful boutique hotel just steps from Liverpool Street Station. We are the UK’s first hotel from Sircle Collection, the Dutch lifestyle brand known for turning up the charm in Europe’s coolest neighbourhoods.
We are now looking for a Night Front Office Agent who brings a warm personality, a sharp eye for detail, and the kind of confidence that helps guests feel cared for.

Your Role as Night Front Office Agent
Take over from the day team and smoothly handle late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest needs overnight
Complete night audit tasks and financial checks with care and accuracy
Be the reassuring, friendly face guests meet during the quieter hours
Support with bookings, emails, phone calls, and guest messages across platforms
Keep the front desk and common areas tidy, welcoming, and secure
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience in a night front office role within hospitality or customer service
A confident multitasker with great attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Comfortable working independently through the night and handling unexpected situations
Knowledge of hotel systems such Opera is a plus
Flexible availability to work overnight shifts across weekdays, weekends, and holidays
