We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Private and Lifestyle Management PA to support an UHNW Principal, a prominent philanthropist and art collector in both personal and business matters. A unique opportunity to work closely with a leader involved in diverse sectors including philanthropy, art, cultural preservation, and education across the world.
Working closely with the Principal, their family, and their wider support network, this dynamic and varied role ensures the seamless management of all aspects of their lifestyle. It requires a Private Personal Assistant with exceptional discretion, strong organisational skills, and strong international experience., * Executive and Lifestyle Management: Oversee complex schedules, manage correspondence, and handle high-level lifestyle requests including cultural and luxury events

Diary & Schedule Management: Maintain a meticulously organised calendar, handle confidential correspondence, and ensure timely responses to all personal and business commitments

On-the-Ground Support: Provide comprehensive support during trips, managing last-minute changes, handling issues, and running errands to ensure a seamless experience
